Pros

Like any small business, there are some minor growing pains at ABMA mainly related to process. However, leadership has taken the necessary steps to improve this and is extremely supportive of all the internal efforts around process improvement. As far as pros go, there are so many at ABMA. The company has some of the best and brightest employees that I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. Everyone is heavily invested in the company’s growth, success, and creating a strong company culture. ABMA also provides a flexible and supportive working environment. I never have to worry when something personal comes up last minute that changes my schedule and know that my team and the CEO fully support me in making sure I can take care of my family and myself. I would highly recommend joining ABMA if you want to work with some of the best ABM marketers and be on the ground floor of a company that is definitely going places!

Cons

As I said earlier, there are some process improvements that need to be made but this is actively being fixed so I wouldn’t really count it as a con.
