Cons
The main goal originally seemed to be publishing outstanding stories. Now it seems like the only concern is gaining new subscribers and there is a degree of distrust in the metrics used to gauge performance. A massive reorganization in 2021 was handled in a way that didn't make sense to a lot of the workforce.
