Unbelievable benefits (e.g., 401K matching, top-tier health insurance, breakfast/lunch prepared by private chef every day); great perks (e.g., complimentary tickets to sporting events/concerts, employee events at exclusive venues, discounted/complimentary access to local museums).
Cons
Hierarchical, male-dominated office culture. If you're not a member of the investment team and/or at the executive level, you do not feel as valued. Certain aspects of the management structure are significantly disconnected; HR serves only to "solve" problems (read: sweep them under the rug) for upper management with little regard for "lower-level" employees.
