Able to switch between field and office when opportunities arise. Good support for people who are new to positions. Some leadership take on roles to be a "champion" for your success.
Cons
Construction in general has long hours and difficult to take time off. Need to plan around your project and team. Compensation is competitive, bonuses are not. Senior leadership only cares about people on the large projects $60+ million.
