The Behavior Exchange Response
8yDear former employee,
Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience with The Behavior Exchange. As a growing company, we understand your frustrations and concerns and can assure you that we take complaints seriously.
Health and safety is of utmost importance at all of our centers. When pairing children, we do take into account the child’s behavior and history and will make every effort to ensure their safety as well as that of the therapist.
The Behavior Exchange works under the same stipulations set for similar establishments such as schools and daycares in which a child is sent home if he/she demonstrates possible contagious illness. We assure you that we take proper action as it is not beneficial for the child and/or employee to become ill and miss therapy or work.
In regards to employee development, The Behavior Exchange prides itself for promoting from within and providing opportunities. We have objective standards and requirements in place to ensure the best candidates are promoted accordingly.
In response to the comment regarding incentivizing employees to post reviews, we do ask employees to please review our company and their experience. This is not required and is up to the employee. We welcome employees to express their honest opinions and concerns and by no means do we ever request that their reviews must be positive. We welcome employee feedback both positive and negative. We ask for honest and open communication in order for us to grow as a company and provide the best service to our clients and best work environment for our employees. Unfortunately, not all issues can be resolved according to each employee’s preferences, but we make every effort to ensure proper action is taken.
Best regards,
The Behavior Exchange
