Pros

Staff and leadership are friendly and welcoming and try really hard to create a unique and exciting culture for employees to work in. They are clearly very passionate about helping small businesses with their product. They buy lunch for the office every Friday and as well every Friday, the staff gather for Tiki Time where each employee has a beer or wine and talks about their week.

Cons

As an employee there you are expected to dedicate as much of your life as possible to the company. You should expect to work long hours every day and to work on weekends without being paid anything extra for it. As it is a startup, there are not yet offerings of benefits (dental, medical, etc), only the potential for stock options which is something else to keep in mind. There is a very high turnover which could be said for a lot of startups but again, something to keep in mind.

Pros

This would probably be one of the best learning experiences I've ever had. I had the chance to learn from many experienced coworkers, and more importantly our clients. The first 2 years were a lot of fun with the original team and founders; who created a lot of excitement. Glad to hear the original team and founders bought it back. - You will work harder than you have ever worked before - You will learn a lot - Free coffee and food always ready for you - Clients come first - Startup environment

Cons

When the original founders left, the company just was not the same, values and priorities changed from what the company was founded upon. - Cold calling (for people who aren't a fan of cold calling)
