+ good staff discount + very nice team members + quite popular products + high nergy in store
Cons
- worse quality products than 5 years ago (f.e. hemp and almond hand collection) - very high requirements for less money - not many opportunities to grow, even if you are very good sales person - area mgrs are ignoring staff, tlaking only to store managers - it is expected that you gonna come earlier or stay later quite often
