Pros
Flexible work pattern, the pros are very dependent on which store you work in and who is your direct manager as you rarely deal with the company itself. It's low effort and it's not a job you take home with you, ideal as a part time.
Cons
Few full time contracts, flexibility requirements can be unreasonable even for low hours contracts, bonus schemes very low and dependent on hours worked so not worth it for small contracts, very little progression available internally, unprofessional managers who blur the lines between work and personal life. Expectations aren't realistic and certainly don't match the pay.
