Very beneficial company to work with, its more than just a retail cosmetics company they actually have values and campaigns that they stand for; compared to typical beauty and cosmetics companies.
Cons
not a lot of internal promotions, a little corrupted because of the corporation run by l'oreal. no sales no hours for sales associates and sales leaders
