Once a year, they will do product clearance where employees get to purchase at discounted price.
Cons
No growth. Pretty much soing the same thing year after year. Quite demotivating and for sales person, the sales target is impossible to achieve. And for managers, it's quite hard to get help because everyone is too busy with their own work. Overworking.
