Got to ignore the drama hard here, especially if it's a bigger crew, even if you keep to yourself someone will tell your foreman your saying things that you aren't saying.

They don’t have a lot of guys who work. Forman’s not doing anything to help it. Bad with holding there word. Not wanting to pay guys more
