Working here has been one of the most energizing experiences of my career. The people are truly amazing, smart, kind, creative, and always willing to collaborate. It’s a fast-moving environment, so there’s rarely a dull moment, but that’s part of what makes it exciting. Everyone is deeply invested in what we’re building, and you can feel that passion every day. The product itself is such a fun space to work in. It’s creative, dynamic, and constantly evolving, which makes it really rewarding to see how our work impacts customers. Leadership is transparent and approachable, and there’s a genuine culture of trust, ownership, and flexibility. People are empowered to manage their work in ways that fit their lives, and as a parent with a young family, I’ve always felt supported. Everyone is understanding if life overlaps a little, even if that means kids popping into a call now and then. If you enjoy working with great people, moving fast, and being part of something that’s growing and changing all the time, this is a fantastic place to be.

Being remote can mean you miss a bit of that in-person connection, although the team does a great job staying close despite the distance.

The company feels like it’s in a really exciting phase right now. Things move quickly and the expectations are high, but the work is interesting and it feels like there is real innovation. The new CEO has set the company on an ambitious new direction which can be intense, but the culture is very friendly and social which makes it all around rewarding.

It’s definitely not a 9-to-5 environment. Standards are high and the pace is very fast, so it may not be the right place for everyone. That said, the intensity brings with it a ton of growth opportunities if you lean into it.
