Allows you to know your strengths and weaknesses. Many opportunities to take kids into the community if things are running smoothly in the units. Flexible schedule if needed.
Cons
Start out on 2nd shift schedule. Staff are way underpaid. Clinical team does not care about support staff who put their time and effort into working with the kids.
