      Pros

      The pay is decent at best, I guess.

      Cons

      The benefits are abominable. All of the days off are bucketed into “PTO”, and it looks cool when you have 200+ hours on January 1, but then you realize 10 holidays count towards that. If there is inclement weather, you must come into work or take a PTO day so that is disgusting in itself. The insurance changes literally every single year so enough said about that. Management literally doesn’t care about you or your needs whatsoever. If the client wants something one way, CARIAN management automatically agrees even if it means your demise. Management also promises you things like the ability to work at locations closer to home etc but they straight up lie.

      My bosses cared about my advancement and had clear goals for me. Great pay.

      Working with contractors can be tough.

      Pros

      I have never worked at a better place. The CARIAN Group is the most dynamic, positive, accepting work environment I have ever been in. The interview process is COMPLETELY amazing because you are made to feel so comfortable. Some of the questions might be easy at first because they are making you comfortable. The harder questions come if you actually know your stuff. They came quickly with an offer because I'm very good at what I do, but CARIAN is constantly helping me further myself and learn. The people couldn't be nicer. The company is very consistent in its mission statement and truly believes in what they do. If you are excellent in your skill set they will definitely try to employ you quickly and it's a place you can retire from.

      Cons

      Not really a con, I had to reschedule an interview and it took a few days to get another one, but that was my fault.
