Great company to work for. The CEO and the owner have tremendous vision and growth strategies. Everyone works hard and are rewarded for their efforts with an employee culture that is team oriented and collaborative. Many perks such as special trips, employee events and an owner who really cares. The CEO is exceptional and so approachable. He literally sits down with new hires to get to know them as does the owner.

The culture is forward thinking and exciting for those who enjoy a fast-paced work environment. May not be ideal for those who want to stay rooted in one spot with minimal change but the company supports all team members in whatever career path they choose.

No cons since previous manager was currently let go unexpectedly.

New management of Call Center recently, has not followed through as previous management did with bonus plans, makes inappropriate comments, brushes things under rug when he doesn't want to listen, and at others expense he is only out to make himself look like he is doing a good job.
