Pros
Excellent staff and values, fun place to work. They make insurance way more fun than it could be. If you value enjoying the people you work with and don't mind hard work, this is a perfect place to work.
Cons
Compensation is very low unless you're in sales. Opportunities for growth are not given unless a management position or sales position opens up. Management seems to prefer replacing people than investing in them.
