Pros

You feel like a part of a big family, everybody including the CEO always manages to find time and chat to you, no matter what level you are at. I really enjoyed working for the CQI - there is a relaxed atmosphere , great and supporting managers and amazing colleagues. They organise staff events too like Sports day, Bowling day, Christmas party. If you work hard, it doesn't go unnoticed and it pays off - you can get a promotion to a better position too. They are coming with new projects and plans every year so there is always something exciting happening.

Cons

There may be some people who are more relaxed than others about the work, which can be for people who are driven and ambitious a bit frustrating as the deadlines have to be sometimes postponed and things don't get done properly. But it is not a big issue really.

Pros

Flexible working apart from meetings, mostly home based, colleagues are great, good team spirit, interesting work, good amount of autonomy.

Cons

Senior management don't care about their people which has resulted in a high turnover of staff. Their brand reflects them better than they actually are - corrupt organisations are permitted to become members after schmoozing the senior management team. Their friends are allowed to verbally abuse front line staff without any support. Decisions are made without consultation, even when these are detrimental to staff. Extra work is heaped on you without regard for your welfare. Forced office visits and Christmas parties where photos are taken without consent. A black women was sacked because of a personal disagreement with her manager. Said manager has lost many team members because people can't stand working with her. There are more managers than there are people to actually do a day's work. A very cliquey organisation.
