Pros

You pick your hours. Only 2 weekly mandatory calls. Amazing coworkers. Open to feedback.

Cons

You must be a driven, self starter to excel in this role. If you put in the work, you make the money.

Pros

You're a 1099 Contractor you set your own hours.

Cons

You will be treated like a W2 employee. You will have metric to hit daily. You may make contacts and when it's time to put them into the system you'll find out the "belong" to someone else. You submission will be ignored by whichever Account Manager because the Account Manager will prioritize their own submission (they'll get a higher commission with their submission). The company will invest in you. Outlook email for you cost the company about $10 monthly, Job Board Log in another $10 monthly, and the business cards maybe $50 bucks. All in all their investment in you will make them feel entitled to manage your day to day. Even though you're a 1099 Contractor.
