Pros

Idk pay is decent I guess, but its still not worth how much work they give you and continue to give you

Cons

way too much workload for the pay, you're constantly upskilling, doing trainings and having to learn something new so you never feel like you can settle into any new skill or position without them adding more onto your workload... in my first year we went through FIVE supervisors... we never had any stability. so much micromanaging, you couldn't be in the bathroom long whatsoever because you never were allowed a bathroom break, you had to wait for break if you'd be long and still you'd only get 15 minutes... its so much headache. the pay raises were a joke, I got 30cents after all that upskilling and training I did. It was a nightmare... its run so poorly. youre not a human there, you're just a number and expendable.

Pros

The Cigna Group overall is a fantastic company to work for! They invest in their employees and do a great job ensuring everyone, in all departments/locations/teams feel as if they matter with the multitude of perks they offer to employees. Many team members were knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to supporting the healthcare industry.

Cons

While employed at Cigna healthcare, I experienced a work environment that often lacked consistent communication, balanced workload distribution, and transparent leadership practices. High-performing employees were frequently expected to absorb additional responsibilities without corresponding support, while shifting expectations and excessive micromanagement created unnecessary stress and instability. Over time, this impacted morale, trust within teams, and overall employee well-being.
