      Reimbursed for Uber/Lyft expenses to a certain limit monthly. The product and upcoming project are really great for business and rewarding for non-tech people within the company.

      Cons

      Only 2 developers in the organization. No proper process for tech related tasks. Management knows about the pain point but lack of capital leads to less developers.

      Exposure to public, private, and NGO climate efforts and partnerships. Great people work there, lots to learn. Connected with many other organizations, great for networking. Flexible work environment.

      Small office with great co-workers. The office culture is a very positive; everyone here is driven to make the world more sustainable

      Non-profit that is very small so not a lot of opportunities for internships to turn into paying jobs
