Pros

Love most of the people who work here

Cons

7AM meetings, 9-10 hour days, micromanagement and no client boundaries. You will need to bend over backwards for clients. Schedule not ideal if you have children.

Thank you for your perspective and feedback. We are sorry and disappointed you felt this way and will do everything we can to apply what's meaningful in your remarks to Clix's operation and culture. Pros: we couldn't agree more. The individuals that make up the Clix organization are phenomenal and we absolutely LOVE them too :). They're beyond smart, hard-working, empathetic, and enthusiastic about what they do, who they do it with, and for whom they do it! We're very lucky! Cons: firstly, we take each bit of feedback completely to heart. We have significant respect for and are proponents of work/life balance. However, we're in a fortunate position to work with some international organizations with their own team members who can't always coordinate meetings within our US business hours. As a result and on rare occasion, some of our fantastic team members (and leadership) have had to step up and attend 6 and 7 AM meetings to accommodate clients' team members in Germany (who have had to jump on meetings at 7 PM their time to accommodate Clix - it's about give and take). We are a growth-oriented and fast-paced organization, so there may be times when extra hours are needed. That being said we do make sure that our priorities are in order, and we maintain a family-first approach. Our PTO policy is very competitive (3 weeks), and we also give the team the week off between Christmas Eve and New Years. Not to mention we are highly flexible when it comes to family and personal issues. To summarize, Clix has always put employees and their personal goals and needs first through building a culture focused on respect, transparency, honesty, and communication. We don't micromanage because we trust our team to communicate and collaborate proactively (micromanagement has never been in Clix's DNA since day 1). Lastly, we have many employees with children who find Clix to be a supportive, caring, empathetic, and family-oriented place to work. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, and we wish you the best!

Pros

I’ve been with Clix for over 3 years and it has been the most rewarding job. I absolutely love the team and have personally grown my knowledge base. Our culture is super welcoming and allows people to feel safe coming to the table with ideas and we really learn from one another.

Cons

Clix provides a remote work environment which I personally enjoy, however, technical difficulties (I.e. internet issues, computer issues, etc) can sometimes make it challenging when I don’t have a techie down the hall to come fix my computer for me! But I’ve also received new equipment over the years as I needed it, so no complaints there. Just a negative to being alone.

Pros

You can work from home.

Cons

Management is awful and will treat you like you aren’t a human being. You’ll dread waking up everyday to log on. Very high stress and turnover for terrible pay. Management will tear you down, your regular meetings will be negative performance reviews rather than trying to cultivate and develop skills. Triangulation and lack of transparency within management. Never suffered such bad mental health while working for a company.
