      Community/environment, tips are good, easy to learn

      tips fluctuate with seasons, can be hard to get hours

      Pros

      Okay pay for the position ($8 an hour) and friendly staff.

      Cons

      Owners are rude and the hours are really inconsistent. I personally was promised 30 or so hours, but would jump without warning from 30-40 hours to 10-15.
