The staff was team- oriented and hardworking.
Cons
Upper management is more concerned with aesthetics than functions. Many things that were imperative to running a restaurtant were not purchased, like check presenters, in favor of unncecessary decor like pink neon lighting in the kitchen hallway. There is no management onthe hotel side and those duties often fell on food and beverage. Salary was absurdy low.
