- Growth opportunities as far as titles or more responsibility take too long and there isn't a clear path for many positions. The growth potential is there, but often times leaders are not on the same page about individuals or what said individual needs to do to accomplish their next goal. We have made several "growth" layouts over the years, none of which have been followed for more than a couple of months at a time.
- We have had a lot of changes with system operation and people in the company within the last year that has resulted in sloppy and poorly thought through roll outs, This has caused more work for the people in the field. I believe we are at the light at the end of the tunnel, but sometimes we jump the gun and aren't good at recognizing it.
- Recruiting Department: We are often urged to refer people and after many years with this company, despite how much I LOVE working here, I stopped referring people. The recruiting department doesn't follow up with candidates, which looks poorly on the person referring them and after several years only one of my twenty referrals has been hired.
- We have a "drink the Kool-Aid" culture that is sometimes too strong.
