      Its a team enviroment with a proven system. You have support from Management and training dept to help you succeed. a reward and recongnition program to reward for your hard work and honest feedback on things you can improve on.

      Cons

      Sometimes long hours, but worth it when you see everyone working as a team and see the results of your hard work.
