Where do I start! No job security at all! There is a very high turnover rate, everyday you fear for your job, even if you are following their specific guidelines. Every week they fired someone new, from sales associates, to property managers, to regional managers. They over hire sales associates and have them on the "bench" so they don't hesitate to fired you with no warning because they always have someone to replace you. They do not care about their employees or residents. Their main focus is on money and they will do anything to cut corners to save money. Upper management sets unattainable goals and have no idea what is going on at the properties and they don't want to put money back into the properties to keep residents. If you want a long term career don't choose this place.
