      Pros

      I thought that management made a conscious effort to create a good culture at our location.

      Cons

      Even though I was a top producer at the store, I was passed over for full time positions. At the time I was there, they hired outside the company for those roles.

      All the pros went out the window with new management

      Cons

      -Full return back to office- immediately! - Leadership believes you should be available whenever they want to have a conversation -Zero direction at all times -The culture is what made TCS great, that’s gone now
