      Pros

      Schedule flexibility, some nice people to work with. Decent starting pay, flexible hours, one of the managers is amazing but that's about it

      Cons

      All but one manager, the others aren't good. The company as a whole is not doing well and is cutting everyone's hours

      Great Customer. Customers come in and find the time and energy to be positive making for a great working environment.

      Sometimes product can be inconsistent.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
