      Pros

      Love the store, people I work with and the different jobs that I get to do. Great products and most of the customers are super nice.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, 10 full time positions out of 50 employees. Cuts for current prime time (part time) hours while hiring new people :-(

      Great Customer. Customers come in and find the time and energy to be positive making for a great working environment.

      Sometimes product can be inconsistent.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
