      Pros

      Fast-paced, physical work on a 20 +/- person team. Good as a part-time source of income. Less stressful than service industry (restaurant) work.

      Cons

      High pressure to move so fast that you trip over yourself and your teammates. Constantly changing products. Pricing and labeling system is terrible. Products do not match the labels and prices on the shelf. Tedious consideration of hundreds of products. The process should be simpler.

      Their business, benefits and products are all incredible.

      My position did not allow for a healthy work/life balance. I was never "off".

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
