      Good base pay All my co-workers minus a couple were excellent

      Tough hours, both early and late in the evening Part time work, but hours burn you out

      Great Customer. Customers come in and find the time and energy to be positive making for a great working environment.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
