      People you work with are fun

      Cons

      Bad communication, favoritism, micro management, management will have you try to complete too many thing for the day, managers will push you to constantly work but all they do is just talk to each other, short shifts, Constant shortage in hours, management will cut your hours without any communication

      All the pros went out the window with new management

      -Full return back to office- immediately! - Leadership believes you should be available whenever they want to have a conversation -Zero direction at all times -The culture is what made TCS great, that’s gone now
