      My colleagues were full of energy, always positive, extremely kind, and were always there to help when I needed it. It was a pleasure working with them everyday.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
