This place could be an ideal job if you could focus on the recipes and job tasks only. Really Quality ingredients.

They have no idea how to approach conflict resolution. They Hire a lot of people who do bare minimum. If you speak up about anything your job is at risk. It could be great, but they don’t care about certain types of people? You will be ghosted and get no communication, They reward arrogant, bully type energies over people who are quiet and just want to work and go home.
