Pros
Head office were great, management easy to deal with and team leaders were lovely.
Cons
The worst part of the job were some nasty staff who had been there for a long time. Instead of being a mentor to new staff some act as though it was their own house. Also the amount of cleaning is ridiculous. Little time available to socialise with the participants.
