      Overall the staff is great

      Cons

      The owner is scatter brained and doesnt care much about her employees. She also does everything as cheap as possible. Its definitely not the restaurant it used to be

      Weekly pay- can average about $150-$200 per week Daily tips- tips on weekends can be $80+ a night Discounted food- get discounts on food and drinks Pretty atmosphere

      Cons

      Long hours- may be at work past your schedule time No breaks- there are no breaks at all People calling out- people may not show up to work and you have to pick up slack
