The cons indefinitely outweigh the pros. Management is running this place to the ground. I’m pretty sure they force their hr team to falsely advertise this Eutopia of a fun place to work but everyone is miserable. They will probably try to take this review down by saying it’s fake. Also, they went around asking us what we like about working here and then asked us to post a Glassdoor review... but not before making a few changes to our words to make them sound better. Managers will yell at us and make us feel incompetent. They use intimidation to manage instead of being true leaders. It’s sad because this company had true potential. They also have Terrible and expensive benefits because they refuse to contribute more. Employees pay 80% of the insurance cost. A few people really tried making this place better but sadly they were pushed out
