Good rates of pay and commission.
Easily accessible my train connections and car.
Company car for sales team.
Close to town centre.
Cons
Negative and stressful environment.
No employee confidentiality.
No work/life balance.
No overtime pay or time owing - overtime is a daily thing!
NO CONTRACTS!

Independence - You can do it across a set deadline of 5 days, but as long as it gets done, you can choose the hours
good for those under 16 - a job that's only once a month that I got done in one weekend.
Cons
Pay is low - one lot of directories a month- but it's to be expected
