I had worked in this company for less than a year. The CEO cons people with his high flown and bombastic language . He is all talk and no show. He conducts interview in all top colleges across the country to spoil peoples lives. The working hours are inhumane, close to 12-14 hrs a day for 6 days a week with only 15 mins each for lunch and tea. The work place is not really a work place it is a office cum cat coaching center with only 3 to 4 working computers . No proper chairs to sit, every other chair is broken or damaged here, a perfect recipe for back pain. The CEO micromanages a lot. He keeps checking you every hour , gives unreasonable targets to achieve and treats you like a slave. He points out blatantly that he wants output for the money he is paying. He has no respect for anyone, interferes into ones personal lives and criticises followers of other religions. From my experience at this place i have found that the ceo is much more interested in trivial matters like religion, politics, food, electricity, talking bad about old employees etc etc. He spends lot of time in these trivial matters and does not focus much on business.
