The environment is great. Everyone is easy to get along with.

Some supervisors and managers do not encourage career growth.

Overall, the Elliott Community is a great place to work at. All of the staff do their best to take care of the residents and management has done a good job making improvements throughout the years.

The Elliott is very large and it can be confusing to navigate through.
