      In depth 6 week training, with good support system

      Constant monitoring, no break between calls. Team leaders seem to focus on negative feedback.. No incentives to create a happy workforce

      Cons

      Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
