Lots of bureaucracy and red tape Insane planning/budgeting process Small changes take forever, but huge restructurings happen every couple of years leaving the population in shock. A lot of people that have moved here to retire and have stopped growing a decade ago. A lot of unqualified people that are insecure and threatened by the new guard. The flight benefits can only make up for the lower pay if you really travel ...
