      Schools that used the service were always nice to me.

      Cons

      He will never give you a contract. He will instead get tourist visas and make you believe that he'll get you a work visa. He's slime.

The company is still founder-owned and operated, so it is likely you will have face-time with the owner at some point. ELC's has an renowned reputation for excellence cross the industry that is outsized given it's small/medium size.
