Pros
Very relaxed atmosphere to work in, no quotas or management constantly breathing down your neck about meeting metrics, at least not in the parts department.
Cons
The job involves a lot of things that are just needlessly obtuse, particularly when it comes to dealing with Hyundai itself. You'll find yourself beating your head against a lot of the same small problems over and over, and find that no one around you really has the power to change them.
