In regard to our work week, during our recruiting process, we acknowledge and reiterate the fact that we are a start-up company, and with that comes long hours. We definitely have flexibility in our time off and encourage members to take vacation if they ever feel burnt out. The salary is all listed in all of our job descriptions to ensure transparency from the moment someone applies. In conclusion, while we are a small organization, we have created a DEI team within the members of our current team.
