Pros

Stunning office. Nice working environment, most colleagues are friendly. Exciting product, nice brand. Good work life balance.

Cons

Average tenure us quite long, hence there is a bit of an echo chamber effect. People tend to be too comfortable and get shocked when asked to perform or to come to the office more often. Confusing communications from the MD with mixed messages, sudden changes of focus (we start working on initiatives and have to stop to work on something else). Too much reliance on a too largd Sales team who doesn't seem to be challenged despite questionable results (we rarely see them on the phone), and sometimes behaviours (bullies are thriving as long as they reach targets).

Pros

Great inclusive and supportive culture. People here are genuinely talented and great at what they do. It’s a friendly environment and people are always willing to help regardless of seniority.

Cons

Pay! Needs to be in line with other companies.
