Pros
Great working environment full of people who work hard and are passionate about their job. I felt valued as an HR professional by my client groups and the directors I supported. Also flexible working creates a great work life balance.
Cons
The senior management within the department I worked were either bullies, incompetent of making a decision or turned a blind eye to bad behaviour displayed by their senior managers within their team. I am shocked that other senior managers have not questioned this behaviour due to the high turnover within the department.
