Excellent company to work for; plenty of advancement opportunities. Duties varied depending on clients needs from order entry, data scrub, to lead generation and phone sales. Clients covered all industry areas: quick serve restaurant, hospitality, financial, medical, wholesale, manufacturing - a great place to learn about the various industries to groom yourself for future endeavors. Management flexible with time off and hours. Never was denied time off or adjustment in hours if needed. Made lots of work friends; everyone was friendly and happy. No backstabbing or harsh words about fellow cohorts. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for challenge and diversity.
Cons
Not necessarily Frantz Groups problem but contracts for future work could take up to 6 months or more to finalize, leaving employees in a lurch about forthcoming assignments.
