Management and owners will say "we are a family" but they really only care about profit. They didn't make me feel like I was valued and more so like someone they could replace in an instant. I also struggled to get hours because business was so bad and they played favorites which meant the same few people got all the hours each week and the left over hours were just crumbs for the rest of us.
