So cc them & run to them and speak every little daily operation thing. management ask you to do their way of working even though it's proved not working after 3 years management will text in group chat & expect to work 24/7 so you won’t have personal life. Management will text in group chat to directly challenge a certain associate

It is a small team where you can see the outcome of your effort and decision. Open office environment with a young and easy-going team. A lot of opportunities for growth and new exposure. Ambiguous business direction, it is a pros and also cons. It works for those who have the mindset and energy to spearhead changes, but it won't work for those who want to be told what to do.
